3.4 Clients are responsible for ensuring someone aged 18 or older is present during appointments involving minors or dependents.

4.2 You must provide a safe, clean, and accessible environment for any appointment conducted at a location of your choosing.
4.3 Failure to disclose accurate health information may affect the outcome of the appointment, and Oz Assist accepts no liability for complications arising from undisclosed information.
4.4 You agree to follow any pre-appointment or post-appointment instructions provided by our practitioners.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1 Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule an appointment must provide reasonable notice as communicated at the time of booking.
5.2 Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide adequate access to the appointment location may result in a cancellation fee, at our discretion.
5.3 Oz Assist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff availability, weather, or safety concerns, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 All fees for our services will be communicated to you before your appointment.
6.2 Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.4 Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price agreed upon at the time of confirmation.
