For clients who prefer the convenience of receiving treatment at home, a mobile service is available for an additional $60 home visit fee, making the total cost $160 per appointment.
To help achieve the best possible outcome, all clients will receive a pre-appointment information guide when booking their appointment. This guide contains important recommendations, including ear wax softening instructions where appropriate, to help prepare for the procedure and maximise the likelihood of successful wax removal during the first visit.
In some cases, ear wax may be excessively hard, dry or impacted, and a period of additional softening with ear drops may be required before safe removal can be completed. If a follow-up appointment is clinically necessary, the initial treatment fee of $100 will be carried forward to the second appointment. In this situation, clients receiving our mobile service will only be charged the additional $60 home visit fee for the follow-up visit.
